This Grade II Listed Building is a two-storey, terraced Georgian house in Deal’s Middle Street Conservation Area. Valerie assisted the client in carrying out essential maintenance and repair works, including resolving extensive damp issues and joinery replacements. Once the building fabric had been refurbished, the interior was transformed into a stylish period house with great character and charm. Valerie successfully secured Permission to fit roof lights over the kitchen area, and remove interior walls to create a much larger, open plan living space. She also secured consent to install new French doors and a balcony in the principal bedroom and create elegant, new bathrooms.
