7, Halliday Drive is part of a former Georgian stables block within the confines of the Royal Marines Cavalry Barracks, located in the Walmer Seafront Conservation Area and it is a listed building. Le Vaillant Owen worked with Heritage Officers and the client to increase the natural light in the building and completley enhance and improve the interior to transform this wonderful listed building into a breathtaking contemporary new home with a bespoke handmade kitchen.
