Mid terraced property located within Walmer Sea Front Conservation area. Refurbishment, improvements and construction of a new front area wall, gate and railings.  Valerie transformed this house into a bespoke home for the new owners. The ground floor was opened into a spacious living room, with a sensational glazed link uniting the front (Strand,) and rear (York Road,) parts of the building. The front two bedrooms were combined, to create a large, master bedroom, with a seating area and spectacular views to the sea. High-quality finishes were used throughout, to form beautiful new bathrooms, and an inspiring kitchen with a spiral staircase leading to a guest suite above. The completed house is stunning.
