A Victorian terraced house, which is a Listed Building, located in the Middle Street Conservation Area, Deal.

Le Vaillant Owen secured listed building consent working with Heritage Officers and clients to create a  beatitiful large ground floor rear extension, roof alterations and sensitive internal improvements including reconfiguring the internal staircase to improve accessibility.
