Grade II listed building located in the Deal Middle Street Conservation Area.  Le Vaillant Owen undertook a complete refurbishment, to incude introduction of roof windows to create additional bedrooms.  We also secured listed building consent for  a ground floor rear extension to increase the kitchen and transform the overall living space by increasing natural light.
