Late Victorian mid terraced property located within Walmer Sea Front Conservation area. It was previously used as a fishmongers and fish smoking house and was in a dilapidated condition.  Le Vaillant Owen undertook a complete refurbishment and upgrade to modern standards. The property was converted into a Vintage tea shop and a two-bedroom dwelling, giving it a sustainable new future. Valerie secured all the necessary Planning and Building Control approvals required to transform the building into a bright and welcoming home, from which the client could run a highly successful seafront business.
