This was previously a nineteenth century store house, which was built in the early 1800s, and is in the Middle Street Conservation Area, Deal. Le Vaillant Owen successfully secured Permission for a sizeable extension, almost doubling the size of the ground floor, and undertook a sensitive restoration of the property, to improve the overall ambience and transform the building into a spacious contemporary home, with significantly more natural light.
