This is a heritage property in the prestigious Admiralty Barracks in Walmer Seafront Conservation Area.  No. 37 Admiralty Mews was created in part of a Georgian warehouse, which had previously been used by the Royal Marines for storage. Valerie undertook complex negotiations with Planning and Listed Building officers to assist the clients with their plans for restoring and extending their house. Ultimately, no. 37 was successfully transformed into an elegant, period home.
