The owners of a 1.3 Ha allotment site off the Maxton Road, Folkestone, invited Valerie to promote the site for inclusion in Dover DC’s Land Allocations Local Plan for housing. Valerie achieved this successfully in 2015 and then worked with the owners to prepare an Outline Planning Permission.

This is a sensitive site, bounded by the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where Valerie successfully secured Outline Planning Permission for 29 houses in 2017, significantly increasing the land value.
