The Old Post Room, North Barracks is a Grade II Listed Building immediately adjacent to the Walmer Seafront Conservation Area. Le Vaillant Owen secured listed building consent for comprehensive improvements and restoration works, transforming this heritage property into a stunning new home. The work included new electrical and heating installations, window refurbishment and fitting a new cloakroom/ensuite and an open plan kitchen/living area.
