As a multi-dicilplinary property professional, Valerie has an excellent track record in delivering beneficial planning permisions and listed building consents, adding significant value to clients land holdings and property assets. In addition to acting for clients who wish to promote schemes she can also act for clients when opposing schemes and was the retained planning consultant who sucessfully supported Chocks Go Away Community Group in preventing an airfield being built in Little Mongeham, including speaking at the Appeal Inquiry.
Valerie is Vice Chair of the Planning Committee for Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, which is currently building a 21st century garden city, including 15,000 houses, green spaces and social infrastructure, and she was previously a retained consultant to Ashford’s Future, providing strategic sustainable development advice in one of the early housing growth areas, where 37,000 houses are being delivered in a sustainable setting.

Kingsdown Holiday Village
Kingsdown Holiday Park is an attractive tourist destination, located in Kingsdown Conservation area, and perched high up on the world-famous White Cliffs of Dover.
Valerie was retained as a Planning Consultant by Tingdene Holiday Parks, with a brief to maximise its investment return in Kingsdown Holiday Park. Over five years, Valerie secured a range of beneficial Planning Permissions, including securing permission for all-year opening (against significant local opposition,) which increased the value of the asset by £ Millions.
